Hey y'all. Just a reminder that there is no meeting tonight but the classes for the next four weeks are up. Today I am trying to be mindful of getting the amount of rest I actually require. It will never cease to amaze me how hard it is to lay to the side as a black woman. Every time my head hits the pillow there is a new request to do something. Saying 'no' is still something that I somehow feel I have to negotiate. I have progressed so far past so much of my good girl programming but that saying no, still working to move past it. What are y'all still working on?
